(“Promoter”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, dealerships and website providers/web masters are not eligible to enter or win.  Eligible individuals associated with the Chevrolet Youth Basketball or Cadillac Youth Soccer leagues and/or parks are eligible to enter.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsors, which are binding and final on matters relating to this promotion.  Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. 

to enter:  Between August 15, 2009 and January 15, 2010 (“Entry Period”), there are two (2) ways to enter: 1) Chevrolet Youth Basketball and Cadillac Youth Soccer representatives will make official entry tickets available before or during games and in their community during the Entry Period, while supplies last. You may request as many tickets as you wish,  regardless of whether it is for Chevrolet Youth Basketball or Cadillac Youth Soccer. To receive one (1) entry, complete the sweepstakes entry portion of the ticket and (i) return it to the representative by January 15, 2010, or (ii) mail it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: SE Chevrolet Youth Basketball – Cadillac Youth Soccer Vehicle Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1989, Buford, GA 30515. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 15, 2010 and received by January 25, 2010 to be eligible. At the time you obtain your entry ticket, you may, if you wish, make a donation to the Chevrolet Youth Basketball league or the Cadillac Youth Soccer league, but a donation is not related to entry or required to enter.  Or 2) to enter without obtaining a ticket, hand-print your full name, complete address, day and evening telephone numbers (including area code) and date of birth and, for the purpose of the drawing, indicate whether you are entering the sweepstakes  under “Chevrolet Youth Basketball” or “Cadillac Youth Soccer” on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in an envelope with first class postage affixed to: SE Chevrolet Youth Basketball – Cadillac Youth Soccer Vehicle Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1989, Buford, GA 30515. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 15, 2010 and received by January 25, 2010 to be eligible.  You can enter as often as you wish; however, each entry must be mailed separately.  Mechanical reproductions and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void.  All entries become the property of Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned. 

WINNER SELECTION:  One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about January 25, 2010, from all eligible entries received, including both Chevrolet Youth Basketball and Cadillac Youth Soccer tickets. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and where lawful a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance.  If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator is unable to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time period or the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected at Administrator’s sole discretion.  

GRAND PRIZE (1):  If a Chevrolet Youth Basketball ticket is drawn, the Grand Prize winner will win a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt LS Sedan (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price not to exceed $16,300). If a Cadillac Youth Soccer ticket is drawn, the Grand Prize winner will win a 39-month/12,000 mile lease on a Cadillac SRX (Approximate Retail Value: $19,535). Lease is subject to certain terms and conditions set forth in the applicable dealer’s lease agreement. If and only if the Grand Prize winner is not qualified for a lease, which will be determined solely and absolutely between the Sponsor and the applicable dealership, and a Cadillac Youth Soccer ticket is drawn, he or she will receive a cash prize in the equal amount of $19,535. Under no circumstances shall the Grand Prize winner receive the cash prize of $19,535 unless he/she is disqualified by the dealership, finance company, or Sponsor for a lease. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, insurance, registration fees, delivery charges, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, additions or equipment.  Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance to take delivery, and the color, options, package, accessories, and other specifics will be at Administrator’s sole discretion. If Grand Prize winner is being awarded a lease, he/she must also satisfy terms of lease agreement to take delivery. Any additional miles on the lease will be the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner must take delivery of vehicle at the dealership listed on his/her ticket. In the event a mail-in entry is selected, that winner must take delivery of vehicle at a dealership nearest winner’s residence, as specified by Administrator. Winner is solely responsible for any and all income, federal, state and local taxes.  Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.  All prize details are at Administrator’s sole discretion. 

General Conditions:  Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, illegible, delayed, damaged, stolen, inaccurate or postage-due tickets, entries or mail; or for other errors or problems of any kind whether human, printing, typographical, mechanical or otherwise relating to or in connection with this promotion, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, the cancellation or postponement of any game or event, or in any promotion-related materials.  Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the promotion, as solely determined by Administrator, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.  Should any portion of the promotion be, in Administrator’s sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Administrator, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the promotion and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken.  Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsors, Huddle, Inc., American Hole 'n One and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealerships, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize (including any harm or injury resulting from the use of a vehicle) or participation in this promotion.  Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsors and their respective designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
