No Purchase OR DONATION Necessary TO ENTER OR WIN.  A Purchase or donation WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR Chances Of Winning.  Open to Legal Residents OF the United States (EXCLUDING THOSE RESIDING IN ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS), who ARE 18 years of age or older.  void in alaska, hawaii, puerto rico, new york rhode island and other u.s. territories AND possesions and where prohibitied by law. Employees, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of General Motors Corporation and Local Dealer Employees (“Sponsor”) American Hole ‘n One (“Administrator”), Huddle, Inc. (“Promoter”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, dealerships and website providers/web masters are not eligible to enter or win.  Eligible individuals associated with the Chevrolet Youth Baseball league and/or parks are eligible to enter.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this promotion.  Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.  Entries will be divided into thirty (30) Local Media Associations (“Regions”) listed below. Each Region will have its own random drawing for the Second Prize. Regions will be based on name of dealership listed on the back of the ticket or home address of entrant.

to enter:  Between January 16, 2009 and June 30, 2009 (“Entry Period”), there are two (2) ways to enter: 1) purchase a Chevrolet Youth Baseball ticket for a suggested donation of $5 from a Chevrolet Youth Baseball representative, while supplies last.  Individual households may request and receive one (1) Chevrolet Youth Baseball ticket without making the suggested donation of $5 or any donation amount.  Complete the sweepstakes entry portion of the ticket and (i) return it to the representative by June 30, 2009, (ii) submit it at a participating Chevrolet dealership listed on the back of the ticket by close of business on June 30, 2009 or (iii) mail it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: 2009 Chevrolet Youth Baseball Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 2227, Buford, GA 30515. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2009 and received by July 6, 2009. All proceeds will go to benefit the Chevrolet Youth Baseball.  Or 2) to enter without purchasing a ticket, hand-print your name, complete address, day and evening telephone numbers (including area code) and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in an envelope with first class postage affixed to: 2009 Chevrolet Youth Baseball Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 2227, Buford, GA 30515. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2009 and received by July 6, 2009.  You can enter as often as you wish; however, each entry must be mailed separately.  Mechanical reproductions and entries generated by any means which subvert the entry process are void.  All entries become the property of Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned. 

GRAND PRIZE AND FIRST PRIZE WINNER SELECTION:  Two (2) potential winners (one (1) Grand Prize winner and one (1) First Prize winner) will be selected in a random drawing held on or about July 15, 2009 from all eligible entries received from all Regions.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Potential winners will be notified by telephone, phone and/or email and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and where lawful a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance.  If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected at Administrator's sole discretion. 

SECOND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION:  One (1) potential winner for each Region will be selected in a random drawing held on or about July 15, 2009 from all eligible entries received for the applicable Region drawing.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Region drawing.  Non-winning eligible entries from one Region drawing will not be included in any other Regions' drawing.  Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and where lawful a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance.  If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue at Administrator's sole discretion.

Prizes: Grand Prize (one (1)): Current Model Year Chevrolet TRaverse (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”): $36,690).  First Prize (ONE (1)): Current Model Year Chevrolet Malibu (MSRP: $24,550).  Grand Prize & First Prize Conditions: First and Grand Prize winners are solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, insurance, registration fees, delivery charges, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, additions or equipment.  Winner must have a valid U.S. driver's license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance to take delivery, and the color, options, package, accessories, and other specifics will be at Administrator's sole discretion. First and Grand Prize winners must take delivery of vehicle at the dealership listed on their ticket. In the event a mail-in entry is selected, that winner must take delivery of vehicle at a dealership near winner's residence specified by Administrator. Each winner is solely responsible for any and all income, federal, state and local taxes.  Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value.  All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.  Second Prize (ONE (1) PER REGION): A Cal Ripken Jr. autographed item (exact item to be selected by Sponsor) (Approximate Retail Value is $95 each).  ARV of autographed item is subject to fluctuation based on the current market value at time of prize award. Prizes are awarded (“as is”) with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Administrator. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value.  Limit one (1) prize per household. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.  Total ARV of all prizes: $64,090.

General Conditions:  Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, illegible, delayed, damaged, stolen or inaccurate entries; or for other errors or problems of any kind whether human, printing, typographical, mechanical or otherwise relating to or in connection with this promotion, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any promotion-related materials.  Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the promotion, as solely determined by Administrator, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.  Should any portion of the promotion be, in Administrator's sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Administrator, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the promotion (or any portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such drawing(s) prior to action taken.  Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Huddle, Inc., American Hole 'n One, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealerships, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any injury or harm resulting from use of the vehicle) or participation in this promotion.  Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.  

Winners' LIST:  For the names of the winners (available after July 28, 2009), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Chevrolet Youth Baseball Sweepstakes Winners, c/o American Hole 'n One, 55 Scott Street, Buford, GA, 30518, for receipt no later than September 1, 2009.
