(“Administrator”), Huddle, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, dealerships and website providers/web masters are not eligible to enter or win. Eligible individuals associated with the Youth Football leagues are eligible to enter. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Administrator, which are binding and final on matters relating to this promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

How to enter – Between 12:01 a.m. Eastern time (“et”) on July 15, 2009 and 11:59 p.m. et on October 31, 2009 (the “entry period”), there are 4 Ways to enter: There is no purchase or donation necessary to enter or win.

1.    Official Entry Ticket - Participating Youth Football leagues in GA, AL, TN or SC will make official entry tickets available before or during games and in their community between the Promotion Period. Entry ticket availability from participating Youth Football leagues will be limited – approximately 2,000 entry tickets will be available for distribution per participating league. To enter via this method, fully complete the official entry ticket with all required information including your name, address (including city, state, zip), phone number and email and submit completed entry ticket in any of the following ways:

§  Return to the Youth Football league representative by 10/31/09;

§  Drop the completed entry ticket in the entry box available at the participating Chevy dealership listed on the front of the ticket by the close of business on 10/31/09;

§  Mail your entry ticket in a #10, business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to: 2009 Chevy Youth Football Sweepstakes, PO Box 1690, Flowery Branch GA 30542. Only one mail-in entry is accepted per envelope. Mail-in entry tickets must be postmarked by October 31, 2009 and received by November 6, 2009.

At the time you submit your entry ticket, you may, if you wish, make a donation to the Youth Football league, but a donation is not related to entry or required to enter. Note: Huddle, Inc. and General Motors are not in any way affiliated with the Youth Football leagues and do not solicit in any way funds on behalf of the leagues.

2.    Entry Form at Participating Chevy Dealers –  Official entry tickets will be made available during normal business hours during the Entry Period at participating Chevy dealers in GA, AL, TN or SC, while supplies last. Official entry form availability may be limited. Obtain and fully complete an official entry form with all required information including your name, address (including city, state and zip code), email address, birth date, daytime and evening phone numbers (including area code), and deposit completed entry in the entry box available at each participating location. Maximum of one (1) entry per person per visit. Completed entries must be received prior to the close of business on 10/31/09. Information on all entries must be hand-printed. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries allowed.

3.    Mail-in Entry – To enter by mail, handprint, on an approximately 3” x 5” card or piece of paper, your complete name, address (including city, state and zip code), email address, birth date, daytime and evening phone numbers (including area codes), and mail your entry in a #10, business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to: 2009 Chevy Youth Football Sweepstakes, PO Box 1690, Flowery Branch GA 30542. Information on all entries must be hand-printed. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries allowed. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer mailing envelope. Maximum of one (1) mail-in entry per person per household per day. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 10/31/09 and received by 11/6/09.

You can enter as often as you wish; subject to the limitations noted above. Mechanical reproductions and entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned.

gRAND pRIZE WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about November 16, 2009 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by telephone, phone and/or email and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and where lawful a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected at Administrator’s sole discretion.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded on or about November 23, 2009. the Grand prize is a Current Model Year Chevy VEHICLE selected by Grand Prize winner from existing dealer stock with a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) up to $30,000. Grand Prize Conditions: Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, insurance, registration fees, delivery charges, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, additions or equipment. Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance to take delivery. Grand Prize winner will take delivery of vehicle at the dealership listed on the winning ticket. In the event that the dealership listed on the ticket does not have a Chevy vehicle in the model, color, or options desired by the winner, the winner may take delivery from the next closest participating dealership. In the event a mail-in entry is selected, that winner must take delivery of vehicle at a dealership nearest the winner’s residence as specified by Administrator. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any and all income, federal, state, and local taxes. Grand Prize winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Administrator’s sole discretion. Prize is awarded (“as is”) with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Administrator. All prize details are at Administrator’s sole discretion. The maximum value of the prize is $30,000.

General Conditions: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, delayed, damaged, stolen or inaccurate entries or postage-due mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or for other errors or problems of any kind whether human, printing, typographical, network, mechanical or otherwise relating to or in connection with this promotion, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any promotion-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this promotion or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the promotion, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Administrator, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.
